Eligibility and Procedures for Registration

Any government/non-governmental organizations, corporations, professional or district organizations, non-registered volunteer groups can apply to be members of Hong Kong Community Volunteers (HKCV). Organizations are welcome to register through online platform or submit hardcopy to Volunteer Action Centre by post. Successful organizations would be provided HKCV membership card and HKCV membership Handbook. Once register, members can participate in volunteer referral services organized by AVS. Membership is valid for 2 years and renewable upon expiry.
